Used these guys a few times and always found the entire team extremely helpful, really give you the feeling they want the best for all relevant parties. Happy to continue using these guys in the future and recommend them for anyone in this area.
Comment on agent fees
Whilst not the lowest fee, it was also not the highest. Good they start at a reasonable level without going down the negotiation road that others did by starting high to then drop down. Felt it was a no nonsense approach and end of the day you get what you pay for.
