Been on the market with them for five months, followed their written advice re pricing.
Only 3 viewings.
Poor response to emails asking for updated advice. Very reluctant to put any thing in writing.
Cost quite a bit upfront for photos etc
Only 3 viewings over 5 months. Only interested until I signed the contract. Was totally unable to back up promises made.
I was expected as part of the contract to use their legal people for the sale. But when contacted by them the spoken English was not understandable to me.
Total waste of time and effort.
