I rented a studio flat for one year in the centre of Tunbridge Wells and the process to move in was extremely smooth - from viewing to moving in took 11 days which was very efficient and the two agents mentioned were fantastic in their work to make sure I knew everything and everything ran smoothly. The two agents above were also the most communicative I have experienced in my ten years letting - need to pass their high customer service to other members of their team.

If I could rate Connells Tunbridge Wells a 0 I would. Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication from the agents. If I could rate Connells Tunbridge Wells a 0 I would. Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication from the agents. To just name an example they provided a very very poorly written description for my house, even if the person struggled with grammar I would expect a spell check to be used at the very least. The photos for the ad were incomplete. When I complained they failed to at least offer an apology for the poor service. They then provided very little communication soon after that. As someone who works in client services I have never experienced poor service with such a lack of ownership and responsibility for their actions.

Another very important thing is to thank Hannah.
Thank you very much Hannah. I was able to find our first home in the UK for us. We moved from Hong Kong to the UK.
From the beginning we did not understand the rental procedures and requirements and various in the middle of the document , Hannah provided us with extra effort and workload so that we could understand and successfully rent a unit to live in.
Hannah is very professional, polite and patient to solve the problems we encountered. Our family is very grateful to Hannah. Best wishes The better the job, the better the performance, and the most important thing is physical health.
Finally, I need to thank your company Connells. Your company makes me feel very professional and good. In the future, I need to rent a place for business or buy a residence. I will also contact you (Hannah) first. Thank you !

Horrendous - save your precious time and money and use another agent. Never in my 15 years of renting have I experienced such awful management and customer service. Horrendous - save your precious time and money and use another agent. Never in my 15 years of renting have I experienced such awful management and customer service. We moved in 3 weeks ago and they have not fixed anything to date. Each person just passes the buc and fobs you off. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely horrible service. I rented the flat on 20 of August with Connels. After i had moved , i reported them some faults in the property. How many times i called and emailed i could not count but they did not call me back or reply my email back then i pop in the their office i tried to explain my issues. There was nobody from letting team they said and eventually! They called me back. I told her my issues and wanted to cancel my home insurance policy and she said to me "i should have canceled my direct debit without tell up anything. Can you believe that ?! Bizarre !She thought i was a young and forgein man and i did not know how it works in this country.!!" The last conversation was a week ago and i m still waiting they are going to sort it out !! ridiculous and unresponsible services. Thank for your great professionalism !!

There are many other reputable and better agents, that Connells in Tunbridge Wells, they are useless especially the letting manager she does not care if there are problems. There are many other reputable and better agents, that Connells in Tunbridge Wells, they are useless especially the letting manager she does not care if there are problems. I rented a flat through them the cleaning of the building was disgusting, Connells was in charge of the cleaning, the cleaners did not come for months.
The entrance of the flats was not cleaned for two months and it was filthy dirty.
