Staff at branch are incompetent at best. Very slow at returning enquiries and seem incapable of picking up the phone and just calling you to discuss issues. After having a problem with the property I just bypassed them and dealt directly with the landlord who was very helpful. As they are the most expensive lettings agent in the area I did expect a high standard of customer service, and was consistently let down. The staff are rude and missed many opportunities to simply solve problems and potentially up-sell when we were looking to move. Having now moved they seem intent on finding damage to the property, despite it being left in an immaculate condition. I saw that the property that I wanted to move into was through them again and rather than going through all that again I found the landlord through word of mouth. Would not recommend under any circumstances and I certainly would not use again.
