Told me people waiting etc, then only one viewing. Then the real problems started. Mis information, refusal to answer emails, and then when they did not to answer the question in the email. Tried complaint process several times. Only interested in taking money, 0 service.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Overall the fees for this application we're slightly overpriced. I felt that these could've been cheaper. The month's in advance and deposit is standard accross the board, but the extra added bits could've been cheaper to help complete with rival companies who will offer cheaper rates. .
