I wanted a fast sale but not less than at least market value. I spoke with another agent before appointing GP. The reason for selecting GP was the knowledge and associated confidence that Phil gave me compared with the other agent. I made the right decision, with days Phil had secured a cash buyer offering the full asking price. Moreover, the proactive communications by Phil ably supported by Richard in his absence both assured me all was proceeding as planned and where we had an issue I received sound advice and guidance in order to ensure we exchanged and completed as planned.
