Friendly approachable team . Efficient sale nothing too much trouble . Distance sale as I lived away and acting for client . Liased with all prospective clients dealt with all bidders sorted all problems out with sale that crop up . Took a lot of the stress out of sale right up to completion . Made frequent visits to house to check ok whilst awaiting completion and dealt with any enquiries.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are high but probably in line with area . Negotiate Negotiate . However I needed a top class service without stress which is what I recieved
