I am absolutely disgusted with the Basingstoke agency. They have been nothing but unhelpful and unlawful.

The house we chose was not cleaned despite the agent telling us it would be fumigated, when we arrived and the previous owner had dogs so there was animal mess everywhere.

Our bathroom was black with filth and dirt and when someone eventually came to clean the house, it was just carpets so we had to do the rest.

We had no working fire alarms in the house when we moved in and radiators were broken.

The agent broke the data protection act informing me of my boyfriends financial details without consulting him first.

I was also promised quotes on insurance which I never received alongside a clarification of all the damages that were previously here which weren't noted down.

Never using this agency again
