my contract was 21 weeks, which I found excessive and would've hoped this lengthy contract would have been pointed out earlier. I had viewings from people who were looking for a bigger property which I found frustrating as the agent should have been informing them/ showing them plans of the property prior to viewings. I had a period of over 2 months without viewings or contact from the estate agent, who only provided feedback on request. Negative feedback including replacing carpet to bedroom, replace ladder to loft and re-Dec upstairs were all completed following feedback but still no viewings following. Received two emails one of which was very rude and some simply false claims made when I removed from there listings- including good luck selling your property with another agent after a lengthy rant about not taking feedback positively- replacing three carpets, redecorating 3 rooms and replacing a ladder hardly not positive and claims of constantly leaving anwser phone messages not true- no missed calls on phone. Finally my house key is still missing and after asking twice for it to be returned was informed that it had been sent in an envelope via the postal service- not even recorded delivery!! so my property is currently not safe and am single parent with two young children- very unprofessional and have compromised my families safety aswell as failing to sell the property, provide feedback and well positively rude to boot- avoid like the plague

Thank you for your review. Our comments follow:
At the point of instruction you read and agreed our contract terms and had every chance to discuss our contract term with us.
No floorplan was requested by yourself so buyers could not see the actual layout of your property. Measurements of each room are clearly stated on the sales particulars and our advertising for buyers to see therefore if a buyer wants to further view after reading the description then that is up to them, we will not ask them if they know how big or small the rooms are.
We never only provided feedback on request, after every viewing within 24 hours we contacted you on your mobile phone number which always went to answerphone, we have call records to prove this, we also emailed you with feedback.
Our most recent email after you have withdrawn your advertising from us simply stated we wish you good luck in selling your property in the future and is not a negative rude comment, its is merely a good will sincere message.
You asked us to send you your keys back which we have done via royal mail, we receive keys all the time via royal mail with no problems at all therefore your comments about now being vunerbale and open to being being burgled are over the top and the whole review has portrayed red homes in Cardiff as being a bad agent to employ which is simply not true considering we have done everything we can to help you.

Dear Geraint, Thank you for your comments. We do our very best to confirm proof of funds for all buyers and discuss with sellers the buyers position before we place the property under offer. Your first buyers did prove to us they had a mortgage approved however stalled their purchase for unknown reasons and then pulled out when their mortgage offer expired. With regards to lease fees we can not confirm to a buyer what they are unless we see actual documentation and it is that of the solicito ...
