I used Prospect agency to find an appropriate room for rent close to work, following recommendation from a work colleague. Having viewed a number of rooms with them, the service was very professional and swift, where an appropriate residence was found in a short time of searching. Following moving, there were a few minor issues that cropped up, but all were resolved swiftly and effectively by Andrew and Amber.

I would particularly highlight Mr Linfoot, his availability in person and effectiveness in passing on and closing-out raised issues. Following moving on from the residence, the service has also been swift and professional. I would definitely recommend the agency to any enquiring colleagues in the future.
Comment on agent fees
The agency "set up" fees seemed rather excessive in comparison with agencies in London, who tend to charge around ‚£150, but in relation to one or two others in Maidenhead it seems on par with the others.
