wasted my day after booking and being told a day and time to have new kitchen estimate spent an HR driving down from Rochester to be told no one told them so can not come and let me in all this was only 4 weeks be four completion even head office dose or did not even return phone calls will never sell any of my houses or by any moor with them or recommend them even on the moving day very very poor

contacted this branch in order to view a property was told that they were too busy and to phone back next week. Would it not be better if they phoned me. We are cash buyers looking for buy to lets. Staff need to have a refresher in customer... Read Full Review
