We found our prospective rental property through RightMove and contacted Thornley Groves for a viewing. They were efficient and helpful. Lucy was the agent to met us at the property for our first viewing, she was knowledgeable about the property, in terms of rent, room sizes, storage facilites and the layout of the property. Given our recent experiences with other agencies, this was refreshing. When we decided to go for the property, the staff at Thornley Groves were super-efficient. Lucy, again, communicated our offer to the landlord very quicky and an agreement was reached within a couple of hours. All paperwork has been done accurately and efficiently. All the staff I have dealt with have been really friendly, personable, understanding and efficient. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you all.
