absolutely disgusting behaviour, I phoned 23/10/15 to view a property was told although listed on the internet there was no viewing arrangements!!!!!!!!!! we will contact owner and then get back to you !!!!! I'm still waiting.... I look on their website and very strangely there is an open day arranged with out them advising me. Abbie you may think your the cats whiskers but you need to realise you are indispensable and I will be contacting Also Sotgui about your disgusting tactics

Further to a previous review I have left, I have used Ward & Partners several times now and have found all staff to be most professional, they return my calls and keep me updated so have to say my previous review was a total misunderstanding and regret leaving it.

Totally unacceptable service from Ward and Partners, lies and deceit from the outset. My son sold a property and the disgusting way I heard them speak to my daughter in law on numerous occasions means I am selling my property thorough a different agent and will not buy through them either... reducing her to tears and making her feel irrational and totally rude and without any empathy. Exactly the same experience over the past three years with Ward & Partners for us. As sole agents selling our house in Hythe, Kent in 2015' they misled, confused and delayed potential viewers due to very poor communication and rude attitude.
