I would like to thank Mary McQueen, Pamela McKeand, Angela Laird and Dot Mullally. All of them were involved in the purchase of my flat at different stages, and proved to be highly professional and friendly. They were extremely efficient, and their quote was the most reasonable as compared to the other four quotes I got from other solicitors.

I found McQueen Legal accidentally online when I was let down by my previous solicitor who took time-off without letting me know right at the moment when he was supposed to make an offer on the property I wanted to purchase. (He was a senior partner with a major firm which I will never ever approach again.) It was Friday night, and I was desperate to find a solicitor to make an offer first thing in the morning on Monday. A daunting task. I emailed a query to McQueen Legal, and, surprise-surprise, received Mary's reply a few minutes later. It was around 9 pm, but she was still working. We agreed I would come to see her on the following day, and eventually McQueen Legal made an offer on Monday.

The majority of work was done for me by Pamela McKeand who was great. Assuming that she had other customers to deal with, I have no idea how she managed to answer practically all my emails within a few minutes of my sending them. She probably could teach time management. She was consistently to the point, and never left any of my queries unanswered. Please note that I emailed her a great deal of those. However never did she show any sign of being annoyed or too busy to assist.

I would happily recommend McQueen Legal to my friends and family.
