An excellent service from an amazing team of people. Selling this property was difficult for me personally as myself and my ex partner had separated just a month before first getting in contact with Keywest. Clare came round to value the property and was very understanding when I told her of my situation, she was helpful, honest and very friendly. We decided I go ahead with the sale 3 months later and Clare had all our notes to hand and was very prompt in getting the house on the market. They were very good at keeping me involved with how the market was going and keeping a steady stream of viewers coming in, when they had a week with no views they were quick to look at why that was and tried to push interest for me. We had an offer, which we accepted, within 6 weeks. From that point I dealt with Lisa a lot via phone calls and emails, she was also very understanding and so helpful with advice and informing me of the process as this is the first property I have sold so was very unsure. I have nothing but phrase for this company and will recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house. All the staff I encountered, if I was trying to get hold of Lisa or Clare on the phone or popped into the agents, were more than helpful, patient and very friendly. I am incredibly grateful for them helping me to sell my property and close that chapter of my life with ease.

We cannot force entry into a house the tenants refuse access to. We are in a pandemic and therefore if a group of tenants say we cannot enter, we cannot. We apologised at the time, however you were provided with a video of the property. You are blaming us for something out of our control.
We have members of staff working from home, again due to the pandemic. So yes on occasion messages may cross over,.
