If I could award o out of 5 I would. In the run up to finally renting a property through a different Swindon agency I had several dealings with Taylors over a number of weeks. From the moment I first walked through their door I was treated like dirt. The female member of staff on the desk directly in front of the door barely acknowledged my presence as I walked through the door and when she did the manner of her approach was disgusting. On all subsequent visits and calls to the office I was treated with a similar approach. These people do not deserve to be in business. If it had not been for being so keen in two properties they were listing, I would have had nothing to do with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could try treating you like fellow human beings at least, but preferably like a customer and display a modicum of gratitude that you have chosen to do business with them.

Taylors are very inaccurate with quotations initially, plucking figures out of the air and correcting later, rather than getting it right first time.
