Extremely rude and provide only minimal service. Ignored requests to clean mildew buildup, saying it was common in London apartments. Made threats over using deposit to pay last month rent, even though Apartment was vacated and inspected. Did some sort of fake request for damage, where there was none, from deposit, but we did not challenge because we were happy to be rid of them. In short, don't deal with this group.
