Sold my property through gpees had a brilliant service, no problems at all my only criticism would be on occasions i rang but the message didn't get across that i rang and the description for my listing could of been better but regardless the house sold very quickly with multiple offers. I had lots of problems with my onward purchase through a different estate agent i contacted gpees on many occasions to find out what my options were and they were always very helpful, they also did lots of chasing other people in the chain and helped with communication between parties. Very pleased i went with gpees wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
