I have nothing but good things to say about Winkworths since I enlisted them to be my managing agent. Cristina in particular, had to step up quickly to cover for illness. In doing so, she understood the complexities of the rental straight away and worked with me to find new contractors to update the garden. Furthermore, the tenant had issues with heating, water and crockery. Working with both Cristina and Terence, Winkworths were able to recover the situation quickly to ensure little or no impact to the tenant and helped me get updates to the lengthy inventory.
Providing a quality home for an individual is not easy as a new landlord, however, Winkworths and most importantly, Cristina have guided me every step of the way. She is polite, professional and offers attention to detail rarely seen by a service provider.
I count myself lucky to have Winkworths looking after mine and my tenants needs. I believe the fees involved are exceptional value for money and have no hesitation in recommending not just Cristina and Terence, but the whole team to prospective or independent landlords.
