I went to Connells with a specific criteria and budget for property rental and the service greatly surpassed expectations. After having dealt with other estate agents in Peterborough, I can honestly say that the staff at Connells are a cut above the rest. Heidi was the staff member involved in my lettings process, not only did she recognise the type of place I was looking for based on our first meeting and general conversation but she was also very friendly, accommodating and professional despite being the only one in the office dealing with lettings at the time. The first property she showed me turned out to be the one I chose.
The only downfall I can think of is the high administration fees Connells has. For a reason that is fairly unclear to me they are substantially higher than the other estate agents I used in the area, though I will admit that the service was quick and easy so perhaps that accounts for some of it.
Overall, my experience with Connells has been a very positive one, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
