Olivia in Coulsdon office called Caterham office and arrange a viewing with Matt Faye at the property and was very helpful. Matt met us as arranged on time and showed us around. We followed on with a number of telephone calls with questions which Matt dealt with in a professional way.

Although we understand the properties are valued based on the additional buyers fee, if Choices were not the only agent selling in the location we were interested in, the fee may have prevented us from making an offer with Choices.
