Firstly a word of advice. Avoid this company at all costs.
Me and my partner went to the Oldbury branch to raise some complaints after an aggressive phone call from one of their agents (Sukhi Chall) and her sales director after our mortgage valuation survey undervalued a property we were buying from them. She told me to arrive after 5 as I finished work at that time. We arrived at around 5:45 only to be told by an extremely arrogant and nonchalant man that she was gone and we were too late. We demanded to speak to someone so he sat down with us as we explained our issues.
All this man did was laugh at us, fiddle with his laptop and call us liars. After about 5 minutes another man walked in from outside, stuck his hand in my face and demanded I shake it otherwise he would make us leave the building. He shouted at us for making us come back to the office (we still had no idea who he was at this point or why he was even here). He proceeded to accuse the independent valuer of white collar fraud and told us our reduced offer had been rejected (this was fine, we understand the seller needs more but we can't go over our mortgage offer either) I tried asking him why but he just started throwing a tantrum refusing to answer me and just repeating
