We used Gascoigne Pees (GP) as recommended by a neighbour. Ashley Williams visited and advised on all aspects of the sale,good advice given and we had no doubts about using GP. Following an open day the property was sold very quickly with GP staff showing the property(no need for us to be there) Very professional approach with Ashley following up with final negotiations and keeping us informed at all stages of the sale. Lizzie was at hand in the office if Ashley was out on calls. Always called back within a short time. A excellent service provided by competent staff,clearly experienced in all aspects of house sales. Highly recommended in every way, a 10 out of 10 for all concerned.
