We found Sequence to be very awkward to deal with. No personal accountability; No urgency; Avoid answering questions to which the answer would show them to have made an error.

Unless the property they are offering is perfect for you, I would suggest thinking very carefully before renting or instructing this company.

Disgraceful behaviour. Currently living in a house which i am renting off my friend, was told initially that we would be called a couple of days in advance to a viewing. Happend twice. The rest have been impromtu, booked without permission, and even during the covid-19 pandemic when i could possibly be self-isolating they are holding viewings without any permission or prior knowledge on our part.
