When we saw th e property i January we really liked it, we wanted to sign for a one year lease possibly more but one year was sure. They would only sign for 18 months or oe year with a six month break clause. Daisy assured us that the landlord would not break the lease. He did at the 6 month marker (so 4 months into the lease).
Then we asked that a coat rack be put in they accepted but only at our expense and if we removed if when we left (luckily we did not do this). During the first month 2 neighbors approached us to tell us that when we showered the whole street could see us naked.
I asked Cristina to ge the landlord to put in blinds in the bathroom Cristina did not believe me and said she informed the landlord and my request was denied. (I gave her the names of the neighbors).
So we continued and finally the lease was broken I suspect to increase the lease a in summer it is easier to rent.
We are moving to France and when I asked the agency to put our tivo box (from virgin) in the pre-posted enveloppe that may arive the day after we leave, Cristina refused....
THey were supposed to trim the front bush before we moved in and did not do this. Basically they have done the least possible and have been consistantly unpleasant during our stay.
We have never missed a rent and we are having the house professionally cleaned by the agency recommended by the agency. THe only thing Cristina has done is send us over 10 emails (not exagerating) reminding us of our move.
By far the most unpleasant agency I have dealt with in London.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been honest and told us that it was a short term lease for 6 months not 12.(we specifically asked about this) They could have checked to see if when someone was in the shower they were visible from the street rather than behave as if I was lying. They could have been helpful with our move and agreed to put our tivo box in the prepaid enveloppe to arrive at the house.Attached Filesnbsp;

Firstly please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. I am sorry you had a wasted and long trip. I believe that the appointment was booked for 6.30 and that James was at the property on time and waiting to show you the property as scheduled. He had called you many times from 6.30 until 6.45 with no answer. He therefor assumed you were not attending and left the property. At 6.55 you called back to advise you had arrived.
