Having had an extremely bad experience with alternative localised Agents I decided to use nationwide Agents and decided upon Gascoigne Pees. Ashley Williams and his Manager arrived at my property and asked me questions and I was very frank with them in answering. This culminated with the question from Ashley: "What did I want from them"? I told him to be honest with me and that I did not tolerate being lied to: I have had vast experience of Agents who do tend to bend the truth. Throughout, I found Ashley extremely honest - whether with good news or bad - and, with Ashley, I felt he not only understood my position but also me as a person and I could communicate with him. He was always available both on the telephone and personally and we were able to discuss any concerns I had. He was most professional at all times. At no time did Ashley give me the hard sell that is the reputation of Agents. I would most definitely (and do) recommend Ashley Williams at Gascoigne Pee, Basingstoke Office.
