DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!! * Rented with them for just 5 months and it was hell! Immediately after the tenancy started they charged us for one thing after another. Everyone I have spoke to who has rented from them before confirmed they too had been victims of dorset lettings and did not recieve the full sum of thier deposit. Charlotte Pratt the manager is unprofessional and rude. She would never respond to emails or phonecalls. Leave you weeks without a responce. Lost over ‚£300+ from our deposit! Completely unjust and unfair treatment. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Mark, I don’t know your position within the company as you have neglected to say. If you’re in any supervisory or management role, I sincerely urge you to put as much effort as you do in defending the indefensible, into ensuring that your customers are treated a lot better than my father (Simon) was.

I never said the cheque came from the landlord. At the time of writing the review I was still waiting for my deposit. Just like many other similar reviewers on here. We did get it back in the end minus the ridiculous deductions justified by a fake cleaning invoice from a company whose phone number didn't work and the address didn't exist that was dated before we'd even moved out. What agent could do to change your mind?
Learn some customer service skills, you may well have had some bad tenants, renting your properties but that does mean all tenants will behave this way. Take the massive chip off your shoulder with new customers, luckily there are plenty more agents out there.Attached Filesnbsp;
