I couldn't be happier with the service recieved from Laura Howard in the barnehurst branch. Unfortunately I didn't buy my property through her and that has disappointed me the most! She was helpful cheery and always honest with me. She took care of the mortgage and solicitors side for me and the service from them has been great too! I would recommend ward and partners to all my friends and family and really do hope when I come to sell she will be able to help me! I spoke to the manager a few times and he is very pleasant too ( can't remember his name) 5 stars for them

The staff in the Barnehurst branch are welcoming and helpful. I dealt with Anita and Sam who are both very good. Anita was very nice about the whole 'getting my offer accepted ' part, she gave me good advice and didn't pressurize me to increase my offer like other estate agents have done.
