I would advise you to avoid Roger Platt Maidenhead as their service was appalling. Please be careful when signing on the contract as they rush you to sign whilst trying to hide cost implications. They would contact you actively when they are trying to win contract but they ignore you when there is no benefit to them. I couldn't believe it when they lost the keys for the property! They would never apologise and just say that they have the record of giving back the keys to me, when they don't even have my signature.
Lastly, it is not a good idea to let them collect rents for you as they would deduct amount without any explanation. I would call it theft. I thought I need to write this review for the interest of the public.
