What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have called a right number and made sure that the appointment is cancelled which would have saved my money i lost for going late and could have said sorry as soon as getting of the car after coming late 20mins.

Hi Satish 2323 Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and spoken with Mandy. Before every veiwing its policy to call to confirm the appointment. It seems when Mandy called it was not connecting. However you called into the office and Mandy made her way down to the property to show you around.
