I called Clive Watkin at their lettings office only to get the answering machine. I duly left a message with all my details so they could contact me about a rental property I wished to view. That was on the Thursday and by Saturday they still had not returned my call. I then left an email requesting a call but once again, nothing. On the Monday I called their office again, but after getting the answer machine, I gave up after the 6th time. I then called the sales office, only to be told by the woman who answered that it was nothing to do with her and that I would just have to keep calling back until I got an answer!
The arrogance of these people is beyond words and I have now decided against viewing the property, partly due to the disgusting lack of customer care and partly due to the other reviews I have seen here. With such disinterested, lazy, ignorant people as this in the property business, is it any wonder estate agents have such a terrible name?

Someone, anyone who "works" there could do their job and answer the phone, that would be a great place to start!!Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
Clive Watkin seem to charge the highest fees of any estate agent that I am aware of. Being as lazy as they are, this makes perfect sense as they cannot possibly do much business.

I ranted for yrs always never did repairs hole in ceiling mold damp rats so I stopped paying rant still nothing called in health and safety they evicted me Molly is a lier as is her big mouth assistant They harrsed me calling ambulances and police telling them I was going to harm myself I was going to sue but unfortunately the cost they broke the law customer service is terrible they just didn't care need to emphasize they should never get away with there behaviour Molly is evil lazy B I don't n ...
