Waste of time.... cant organise a viewing...always on a Sunday.... Dont work Sunday.... dont follow up potential buyers .... dont tell you when there is a delay. Most importantly...... THEY.... A L L of trhem were asked to use me as their main contact due to the emotional attatchment to the house being sold...... emails phone calls and even going ito the shop by my wife ....EPIC FAIL....... useless, and incompetent.
When we decided to use another agen they were served notice.... 48 hours to take off Right Move.... now .... fuuily its 14 days.... these staff dont know their a*** from their elbow....... Now begining to believe that the FIRST interested buyer was los due to the staffs inability to ber an actual estate agent............ Really disapointed ...... offering it to buyers with NO MORTGAGE and NO HOPE of a mortgae..... buyers wantin it anotherv 20k cheaper than our minimum.... what is the point...... the point is it makes them FEEL like they are ding a job.... today I lost my rag wouldnt you.....? and told them legal action is imminent..... Alex realy thinks I am joking ..... I was on the net looking for head office.... this will do....

PLEASE do yourselves a favour..... If the Halifax branch is anything to go by..... A V O I D.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be proffessional is that too much to ask.... aparently it is! Do what we ask. Listen to OUR needs. clearly you dont Give appropriate and timely feedback....too much to ask?? Be proactive. Dont fob lingering sales onto junior staff Dont take us for fools stating you are fully booked for Saturday viewings.... we tested you as perspective buyers of another property..... amazingly a slot was available..... checked again ... fulluy booked...

The fees you charge for what is a rubbish service are frankly insulting. I switched to another letting agent and got the property rented faster, more efficiently, for less charges, and for £75 more rent pcm.

As for the fees at first you always look and think “how much” but again after you have spoken with Lee about the whole thing you know that it’s a fair price as he just guides you through it and explains everything to you step by step.
