I dealt with 1st Capital Homes for one and half years as a tenant and the experience has been an absolute delight. Very professional, 1st Capital Homes are committed to offer personalized care to all their customers. The transactions are very transparent and all information required by the tenant are provided patiently. They undertake periodic property inspections to ensure everything is okay and take appropriate actions if at all anything needs to be serviced / changed. The property is cleaned to a professional standard before a tenant moves in and their emergency helpline is very helpful in case you encounter any problem on the weekend. Sumona Anower and Mr. Rimon Choudhary are extremely approachable and pleasant people to deal with and they make life easier for you by providing you a house you can turn into a home & taking care of the smallest of concerns with utmost promptness that they can.

Overall an excellent & dependable agency to rent with. I'm sure landlords would have the same opinion.

I lived in 15 Indescon Square flat 203 for 3 years between 2015-2018. The flat itself was in excellent condition and the team at 1st Capital Homes was extremley helpful when it came to flat maintenance and other forms of assistance. During our time whenever there was a problem the team was extremley responsive and eager to help where they could.
