I don't feel this box's text limit is sufficient to fully express my dissatisfaction with this agency and how strongly I would advise people to stay away at all costs. In short- I was pressured into moving in on a date a week away being told all tenants are moving on that date (on separate tenancies) to find on the day that 4 of the other housemates were moving at different times We were told varying stories about what bills were included, which when challenged we were told if nothing was in writing it didn't count- so they could say what they wanted They never responded quickly to issues The landlord accessed the property several times during the tenancy without notice despite LWE being told about this They would text 24hours notice of entry with less that 24 hours notice I fully appreciate people love having a moan on these sort of site, but I honestly have never received such poor service from something I have paid for (at quite a high sum compared to other agencies as well!) I have been a private tenant for years and have rented through many different agencies across Bristol and have generally had a positive experience, but Let With Ease couldn't be farther from this. Please save yourself a bundle of stress and stay away from this company- The name is horribly ironic.

Students, please do not use Letwithease! They will try get as much money as possible out of you, there are fees for everything (some of which other letting agencies don't have like fees to change your guarantor), the customer service is poor... Students, please do not use Letwithease! In short-

Really poor service when reporting problems whilst renting the property. Twice they entered the property without my consent and both times this gone reported back to letwithease but it still happened. When I checked out I was charged for fixing the washing machine that got blocked when I was renting the property and I basically got accused of managing to block it in 2 months when I had previously reported problems with it and got ignored. Tried to dispute my deposit but they tried to charge 100 pounds if did it. Would not advise using this letting agency.

I wish they had an ounce of humanity and morality. I paid for a service and received nothing but the bare minimum throughout my time with them.

(No money was refunded to us due to this we were just expected to pay and wait). Despite being advertised with a garage we were not given any way into the garage despite constantly asking for a key.
On moving out of the property I cleaned the room as requested by the agency and deposited my key. I was told that the room would be checked the following day but a month later was told that my room was a mess and I needed to pay for cleaning from my deposit, this is after they had allowed another tenant to rent the room! The mess they referred to was him in the process of moving in.
I was the only tenant leaving the property and so the agency decided to keep hold of the deposit until all tenants had moved out a year later. This meant I was without a deposit for a year. On calling them back once the year was through they told me I couldn't have any of the deposit back as the tenants from the year when I wasn't there had left it in such a bad state that they had to use my deposit as well to cover the damages. I stated that this was unfair and the response I was given was that '£200 isn't that much anyway'!
My entire experience with letwithease was utterly shambolic and I am in the process of blacklisting the company through my university.
I hope they enjoy the holiday/bonus they receive from the money they took from me and feel proud to be part of such a stellar workforce.

After several emails to the agent it eventually got cleaned to the standard we expect. a few maintenance issues from day one are still ongoing, we have been in 6 months! we have been charged call out fees and been threatened with if we don't pay we will charge interest and deduct from your deposit, so basically you can't win if you dispute, we are honest people and believe in truths which we don't get from these guys. The agents do not come round, they just send someone in...at a cost very time! we have been told by the agent that they have wasted too much time on us and no longer wish to deal with any issues we raise, we are parents of 4 Uni students who have left home for the first time and because we don't actually live in the house, they will no longer deal with us and will no longer reply to us only to them! I list below our issues...you tell me if we are being overprotective parents

a couple of emails to Agent to explain the deposit fees etc.
Now do you think that warrants the agent telling us he is wasting too much time on us?
The property itself and what the landlord has provided in each room is of a high standard its a pity, we can't get the same service from the people that suppose to look after it!

I am actually quite shocked reading through some of the comments made on here. I don't usually write reviews online but I was genuinely pleased with the customer service I received from Let with ease following my recent move in that I thought I would share. We had a few maintenance issues when we moved in and they were all dealt with quickly. I received an immediate reply following an email that i sent at about 11pm on the day we moved in which was pretty cool. It showed that they genuinely cared, which was quite refreshing given my experiences with previous letting agents. So far so good, would recommend.

I was a tenant with let with ease in two different properties for 2 years. I have always found them to be polite, courteous and thorough in their work. Maintenance problems were addressed quickly and we were kept informed of progress at all times. Let with ease were very good at sorting out a problem we had when one of our group moved out during our stay, and sent us detailed instructions when we were leaving highlighting common pitfalls on deposit deductions. We followed their advice and received all of our deposit back. Very happy with the team and highly recommend to others

I have been a tenant with this company for just under 2 years and have just moved to another house with them. I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews here, my dealings with them have always been positive. Yes we've had problems with our accommodation but we have always found them to be really helpful and quick to sort things out. I think its easy to blame companies when things go wrong and less easy for people to give praise but I decided to come on here to say how good they have been particularly during our recent move, it was handled excellently - particularly a guy called Jack and a girl called Irena were very helpful and understanding. Top marks guys, keep up the good work. I would have no problem in recommending them.
