I chose this agent to sell my house, on the basis of a positive experience as a prospective purchaser. Although I ended up not buying that particular house, I felt that I was treated with great professionalism. In addition, of all the local agents, Dale Eddison consistently sent me particulars of houses that actually matched the profile I had given them - the others either failed to do so, or included totally unsuitable properties.
