What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have returned my calls, as a legal team they should have the answers to legal questions
not say I will have to come back to you which they never did. I would like to have dealt with one person but the turnover of staff seems to make this impossible ,as a managing agent your company do not manage

What agent could do to change your mind?
The maintenance team never phone you back or tell you to ring back tomorrow when you have water pouring through your ceiling. The whole company has communication issues, they dont speak to each other let alone to you. It would be good if they could stick to their word and give me my deposit back.
