Had a nice time renting the property(24A wellesley road) with Glenmead and the response time for repairs and other formalities are Good and very professional. I get a proper response for all my mails. My queries or concerns are addressed properly.
On the improvement note(based on my experience) - Reaching them over phone is very difficult. Some queries/concerns can be resolved quickly over discussion rather than through number of mail exchanges.

I have a few properties and the one that glenmead/Pauline manages for me in bethnal green has been made as hassle free as is possible really. there are issues, as always, but how pauline handles them is class, really feels like she is on my side and trying to help while still being very fair to all involved. Glenmead have managed my property for many years and have proven to be professional, diligent and proactive with a very good service to both landlord and tenants. In addition to finding multiple tenants and managing that process over the years, the team have responded to flooding, break-ins, tenants forfeiting on the lease, and other day to day requirements with alacrity, professionalism, and a steady hand. I have always received my rental income on time and with full statements sent by email and hard copy if required and have enjoyed a rewarding relationship with all members of the team who are scrupulous, reactive and very transparent in communication. I have always received a good standard of support and a value for money service and would fully recommend Glenmead to any prospective customer, whether a landlord or tenant.

Inventory/Check-out fees are charged to tenant which can be avoided. Apart from that, rest of the fees are nominal compared to the market charges.

She has always been professional, responsive and efficient. However, it is only when something goes seriously wrong with a property that the true value of a management agent is tested. Unfortunately we have had a major electrical problem requiring remedial work over several months that has been complicated by the need to access a neighbours' property on several occasions. This has proved difficult because our neighbours are elderly, seriously ill and extremely nervous of any work that affects their property. This also created a nightmare in arranging works as Pauline had to co-ordinate attendance at the property between our tenants, electricians and the neighbours, who were always likely to cancel at the last moment due to their illnesses.

Had been a tenant for about 6 years in the named property managed by Glenmead. Due to lack of repairs on the part of my landlord I decided to move out of the property. We had a very difficult tenant who we eventually had to evict. It was a very stressful upsetting time for my partner and I as landlord / landlady. The problems then resulted in us having take the issues to court. Again a very stressful time (although my partner and I did not have to appear). Natalie was always at the end of the phone, and was always very helpful and knowledgeable, and was always able to deal with the situations which arose. She was always able to reassure me and advise me of what actions to take, which really did help calming my worries. In my opinion she was a great help and I was very impressed with her performance, therefore I believe she is a great asset to Glenmead.
