They charge a lot for their services, neglected to tell us of important things such as the ridiculously high rateable value, their service team for repairs etc. was slow, and they gave us a notice that we had to vacate the property as soon as the initial 6 month period was up, with the supposed reason that the owner wanted to sell, which then never happened. So they just bagged the service charge every 6 months to maximise their profits.
