They charge the tenant £24 to release a reference, the only estate agents in Sheffield that do this. They told my new letting agent that I paid my rent late even though I had a standing order set up each month. They sent someone to inspect the property without giving me (the tennant) 24hrs written notice, I was out for the morning and came home to a man in my flat, I thought I was being robbed, this was a Saturday morning too.I'm disgusted in the way blundells have acted, very unlawful as letting agents, I would not rent with Blundells again I would not recommend them as a letting agent.
