I had the good fortune to visit Romans this Monday gone and I was very pleasantly surprised after visiting the other agents in Crowthorne. I dealt with Gary & Carl who were very friendly!! Offered me a hot drink before I even told them what help I needed. They were so knowledgable about the area and what I should do so I have invited them to see my house to sell it and have already decided that they will be my choice after the 'cold' reaction i got from the other agents..

Very impressed as they seem to genuinely care.
