Extremely disappointing service and attitude from these guys. I suspected the agent from the start and in the end i was proven correct. They have a no-care attitude once the tenancy has been signed.
There were several things wrong with the house and i was mislead to believe otherwise prior to moving in. They are the types of things you would only notice after living there for a couple of days.
The guy in charge of fixing the faults is extremely slack and has a terrible attitude. And is very unprofessional and i get the sense that he simply does not care!
Finally, the lady in charge of obtaining the references was very intrusive and her contact with third parties led to many questions being asked of myself. Some people actually asked me to tell them to stop calling as it was unnecessary.
All in all i am left quite frustrated with these estate agents and would not recommend them to anybody.
