Recently sold my late mothers property through Winkworths in Cheam Village. From the beginning they offered a very efficient service with competitive price. Sale went through smoothly which was much appreciated given the nature of the sale. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm sorry that on some occasions things weren't left as they should have been as our policy is always to "leave as we find". I'm also sorry to hear that some mud had been trodden into your property. Unfortunately these things are hard to legislate for, especially when people are viewing the garden during the winter months.
