The initial agent was positive and enthusiastic about the property and followed up with a courtesy text that evening. We were advised what to do and what not to do to the property to help with a speedy sale. Contracts were clear and well explained and once we had signed up we dealt with office staff. Any queries were dealt with quickly and we were kept informed at all times. The house sold within a week of being on the market, for our agreed lower end valuation. The whole process took just under 2 months, completing before Xmas as we had hoped.
Comment on agent fees
Not the cheapest of all estate agents but the sale was quick so worth it. All fees clearly explained and listed, no hidden extras.
