Excellent advice at the outset from Neil on presenting our flat appropriately, asking price and likely buyers. Very helpful to manage our expectation of who might be looking at it and what to expect. He was very open in the negotiation phase allowing us to fully consider and understand offers without pressure and he was never a "hard sell" type of agent. Once we had accepted an offer, he managed the buyer for us while we had to sort out some legal issues and it was comforting to know he was representing us fully.

Average in the marketplace and good value given the attentive service and good advice - a seasoned professional instead of a junior salesman.

Communication is key in our business and we pride ourselves on keeping clients informed of progress and addressing the many issues that inevitably crop up during the conveyancing process. Sadly many agents neglect their clients once a sale is agreed and vendors are left in the dark as to what is or isn't happening which causes unnecessary worry.
