Neil was absolutely brilliant as an agent. He was professional, tenacious and never let a day slip by without being proactive. Whenever we were stuck he did his best to ease the situation and keep the process moving. When we were struggling to find a mortgage he stepped in and helped out. He was in touch most days to make sure we knew exactly where we were up to in the process and this was very important, as it eased the frustration of the whole situation. Was it not for Neil, the whole experience would have been much slower and far more stressful. He is clearly VERY good at his job - he takes the time to understand every situation and sorts out problems effectively. Well done and thank you very much Neil for being a straight-talking, straight-forward and getting the job done!
I must add, that every member of staff I dealt with at the Wilmslow branch of Moseley Jarman were polite and helpful. Jeanette Carroll was always a pleasure to deal with and I never felt like I was hassling when I needed to ring up.
