We are delighted to have exchanged today! We were very impressed with Neil's knowledge, advice and kindness during what would have been a very stressful journey. Neil always phoned when he said he would, and went above and beyond my expectations. We chose to go with Mosley Jarman after having two other agents value our house. It was a 'gut feeling' in the end, the other two big market players seemed only interested in comition and one in particular was a little bullying with their sales pitch.
It felt that Neil was constantly chasing all parties in the chain, and even though this went over the Chrismas period, he managed to keep the momentum going, which has got us to this point.
Our house sold after two days on the market, and for full asking price. Absolutely delighted.
Thank you Neil and all the team working in the background. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you, and if we ever decide to sell again, would only ever use you.
