I used Mosley Jarman as they are new to the area as I thought they might have more time and interest in selling my property. They certainly did that. From Nicks valuation meeting through to showing all staff the house and then preparing a viewing strategy and the viewings themselves, we had 2 asking price offers on the first day of viewing! Fabulous service which enabled us to offer on our dream family home.
House selling and buying is not easy and Jeanette went above and beyond in customer service both with us and our buyers to ensure the transaction completed as smoothly as possible, which it finally did today (owing to a longer onward chain than we anticipated). In fact, Jeanette is not just an estate agent but a counsellor, mediator, negotiator and psychologist all in 1!!
I cannot thank the team enough and would urge any seller in Wilmslow to listen to Nicks valuation advice (he knows his stuff!) and to market with Mosley Jarman. They will sell your house for the right price.
My mum will sell her property in the next 12 months and she will run with Mosley Jarman.

Comment on agent fees
should have negotiated a bit as other paid 0.75% but not the end of the world. They did the job we asked of them
