The first person I spoke to was Jenna who organised the viewing.
The day before the viewing Jenna then informed me that her colleague Reena would be showing us property.
Reena was very helpful and answered a lot of our questions. As we were adamant to take the property she informed us to go to office to fill in a form. It took a couple of days and a few phone calls to Matthew but we were delighted when he called to say we could rent the property.
I have no negative feedback. Everything went smoothly besides not having hot water when we actually got to stay at the property but the emergency team sent a plumber who called within an hour and sorted it all out for us.

Would definitely recommend friends and family to use Gibbs Gillespie when looking for a property to rent or buy.

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
