Shavonne is the best Property Manager I had the opportunity to deal with so far (out of 3 previous PMs I came across). She provided an excellent customer service and a thorough, honest approach. Shavonne was always dedicated to keep me informed responding to emails promptly and showing integrity at all times. She always showed full professionalism but also kept a friendly, personal attitude and was easy to approach. Shavonne also did great dealing with my check-out making sure things progress quickly. I really couldn't have asked for more and wish Shavonne all the best at Gibbs Gillespie (hope your excellent service and approach is appreciated!) as well as in her personal life!

Shavonne please keep up the good work and I'm sure you will step up the ladder quickly! You definitely deserve it!

I have had fantastic service from Natalie. She went out of her way to help me many times. Always very quick to respond to e-mails and answered all my questions. Very professional and couldn't have asked for more. I have had dealing with other agents and the difference in service is massive, I will only use Gibbs from now on if I need to. Highly recommended.

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
