Sarah Knott at William H Brown has been dealing with my tenancy from June 2014, she is very helpful and will always follow up on a phonecall to make sure everything's okay and going as expected.
Sarah seems to want to go the extra mile to make sure our application went smoothly prior to us moving in.
Our tenancy is currently due for renewal and Sarah has been very helpful with handling this.
I received a courtesy email to let me know that this was being looked into and she would come back to me in due course.
Overall Sarah is a very professional worker.
Comment on agent fees
Overall the fees for this application we're slightly overpriced. I felt that these could've been cheaper. The month's in advance and deposit is standard accross the board, but the extra added bits could've been cheaper to help complete with rival companies who will offer cheaper rates. .
